Games Standings Leaders Rosters. Baseball Alberta administers Team Alberta in order to compete in the Canada Cup 3 of every 4 years, with the Canada Summer Games taking place on the off-year. The dates and locations of this year's talent ID camps are listed below. Players who are identified as possible Team Alberta players will be contacted and will attend 1 of 2 final tryout dates at either the end of June or early July. The final Canada Cup roster will be chosen shortly after the final tryout in July.

All the diamonds are in good condition, with backstops, dugouts, some bleachers, even garbage cans in the outfield. All have good infields, fenced outfields with really nice grass, but no lighting for night games or concessions.

The AABC provides the opportunity of training and competition for athletes being identified and trained as having the necessary talent to participate for Team Alberta at regional and national training opportunities and tournaments, such as the Top 40 Invitational, Spring Training, Alberta Summer Games, Western Canada Summer Games, Canada Summer Games, and any other regional tournaments that may arise. The tournament showcases the best 15 and under players in the province. Although the tournament is hosted by a committee, the AABC is the organization that sets out the bid criteria, determines the rules and regulations, and has input into the operation of the tournament.

The AABC provides the opportunity of training and competition for athletes being identified and trained, as having the necessary talent to participate for Team Alberta at regional and national training opportunities and tournaments. The Top 40 Invitational takes place in the fall months, after the summer baseball season has reached completion. The weekend offers individualized training from coaches and professionals, scrimmage opportunities, and personal development sessions.
